Patch Note:

  1. Reduce baleful upgrade cost ( prem upgrade stone to normal upgrade stone)
  2. the following items can't be sell @ f5
    • all gems made by profession (except diamond gem)
    • Sth ..
    • Halloween summoner pet costume exchange ticket
  3. Adjust certain item's required lvl 
  4. reduce elemental gem's fuse cost
  5. Rename of seals for soul  (to be use for higher tier pet & spirit) & reduce qty required to seal soul
  6. The old equipment exp charm can no longer be used, will exchange to soul stone
  7. Adjust F11 weekly & season reward
